Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing AutoGift & BOGO ("the app") on your Shopify store you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the app.

2. What the service is

The app lets a Shopify merchant create gift and discount campaigns - buy X pay Y, gift with order, cart-value threshold, product or collection triggered gift, tiered gifts and volume discounts - and runs them through Shopify's own discount function together with a storefront kit.

3. Your account and access

The app is used through your Shopify admin. You are responsible for who you give access to your Shopify admin, and for the campaigns you publish being lawful and accurately described to your customers.

4. Plans and billing

• The Free plan runs one campaign at a time and costs nothing.
• Pro costs 24.90 USD per month, or 299 USD for one year paid in advance.
• There is no trial period; the Free plan exists so you can see the app working before paying.
• All charges are made through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice.

5. Changes to plans and fees

We may change plan contents and prices. Changes are announced inside the app before they take effect, and they never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to mislead shoppers about the price they pay, to run campaigns that are illegal where you sell, or to attempt to bypass Shopify's or our systems' technical limits.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its source code, design and documentation belong to Joykek. Your campaign settings and your store data belong to you.

8. Third-party services

The app depends on Shopify's platform, on hosting in Germany and on an e-mail delivery provider. Interruptions in those services can interrupt the app.

9. Warranty

The app is provided as it is. We test each release, and every money-related mechanism is covered by automated checks, but we cannot promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted in every store and every theme.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Joykek's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Joykek harmless against claims arising from campaigns you configured, from the products you gave away, or from your use of the app in breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time; the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. We may suspend the service if these terms are breached or if payment fails, after telling you why.

13. Support

Support is provided by e-mail at info@joykek.com and through the support form in the app, in Turkish and in English, on business days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction.

15. General

If a clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Joykek about the app.
