Gift picker — **The gift window opens by itself.**The moment the threshold is crossed, the customer picks a gift. No coupon code, no extra page.

Progress bar — **A progress bar that shows the next gift.**Tiered campaigns show how far the cart is from the next reward - the classic reason a basket grows.

Gift line in cart — **The gift sits in the cart at zero.**Marked as a gift, old price struck through. The discount comes from Shopify's own function, so checkout shows the same number.

Gift guard — **Cart drops below the threshold? The gift leaves.**This is the part most gift apps miss: an unearned gift left in the cart is a gift the customer pays for. The guard removes it and says why.

How it works

No code, no theme editing, no third-party scripts on your storefront.

Install and pick a plan

Install from the Shopify App Store. The free plan lets you run one campaign right away.

Create the campaign

Pick the type, the scope (all products, a collection, specific products) and the reward. The panel shows what your plan allows while you type.

Turn on the storefront kit

Enable the app embed in the theme editor. The gift window, the progress bar and the cart badge take their colours from your theme.

The cheapest items in the group become free, and it repeats: a customer who buys 4 gets 2 free.

Every order that contains at least one paid item unlocks a gift.

Cart value threshold

The decisions below were made because of how Shopify actually behaves outside Plus.

One discount object, every campaign

On Basic and Grow, two product discounts do not stack on the same line, and a store can hold 25 automatic discounts at most. AutoGift uses exactly one - your other discounts keep their room.

The gift guard

If the cart drops below the threshold, the gift is removed in the storefront, and a second check at checkout stops an unearned gift from being charged.

Takes its colours from your theme

The kit measures your theme's surface, corners and contrast at runtime. Prefer your own accent colour? Set it in the theme editor.

Shopify's own discount engine

Prices are calculated by a Shopify Function - no scripts injected into your theme, no checkout extensions, no race with the cart.

Turkish and English admin

The panel follows your Shopify admin language, and you can pin it to one language.

No customer data stored

AutoGift keeps campaign settings only. Customer names, addresses and payment data never touch our database.

Prices are billed by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Campaign counts are the number of campaigns in effect at the same time - you can store as many drafts and past campaigns as you like.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. AutoGift was designed for Basic, Grow and Advanced stores. That is exactly why every campaign runs inside a single discount object: outside Plus, two product discounts do not stack on the same cart line.

Will it work with my theme?

The storefront kit is a theme app extension, supported by every Online Store 2.0 theme. You enable it from the theme editor - no template editing, no code.

Is the gift really free at checkout?

Yes. The gift is added to the cart and a Shopify discount function takes its price to zero, so the cart and the checkout show the same number.

What if the customer removes items after taking the gift?

The guard recalculates on every cart change and removes a gift that is no longer earned, telling the customer why. A second check at checkout blocks a cart that still holds an unearned gift, so nobody pays for a gift by accident.

Why five campaigns and not unlimited?

Because we measured it. A Shopify Function has a fixed instruction budget per run, and if the budget is exceeded Shopify applies no discount at all. Five simultaneous campaigns is the number that stays safely inside that budget on a large cart. We would rather publish a number that holds than a word that does not.

Which data do you store?

Your campaign settings and your store address. No customer names, addresses, order contents or payment data.

What happens if I uninstall?

The campaigns stop immediately and your data is deleted from our systems, in line with Shopify's GDPR webhooks.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, from inside the app or from Shopify Settings - Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the free plan keeps running.
